Founded by the forward-thinking Jonah-Ann Baluntang and Ronald Naya in 2019, our firm has quickly emerged as a leader in the accounting and financial services industry in Papua New Guinea. Our team of seasoned professionals is driven by a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.

The Company name is inspired from its meaning itself. Back in ancient times, an oracle was a person or agency considered to interface wise counsel or prophetic predictions or precognition of the future, inspired by the gods.

Our Story

How The Business Started

OUR FIRST OFFICE LOCATED AT 7TH STREET TOP TOWN LAE, MOROBE PROVINCE, PNG

In the year 2017, when I first stepped in Lae, Papua New Guinea, it was basically for employment. At this stage, upon observation, I could tell that high profile companies in the city were run by my countrymen, however, no single firm in the line of accounting business was own by a Filipino accountant.

Being said that, it urged me to make my own firm in the line of accounting business, as I saw huge potential that it’ll be a big hit in the years to come given that this town has a lot of growing businesses.

In the year 2019, a year before my contract ended as an employee, I invited my fellow Filipino, an accountant, Ronald Naya, to further discuss and shared to him my thoughts on why I needed and wanted to run this type of business. As I am not an accountant myself, I asked him to help me out in managing the planned firm. Without hesitation, he joined and helped me in all of these things needed to get this thing done and I am so grateful for he showed the same interest towards the business.

In the same year, we registered the business and managed to obtained a workspace in the following year.

Not long after we established the firm, the world was in total silent because of the pandemic and businesses were greatly impacted because of that occurrence. As we were new in the business, we could say that it wasn’t the perfect timing.

Back home, our families are not well-off and given that we couldn’t get any financial help from them, but rather, prayers of hope, every single day became so tough for us, resources were very limited and finances were very tight.

However, our perseverance and commitment led us to rise above the challenges, even without the best business strategy to begin with.

As we are committed to bridge the gap of accounting services to small businesses or organizations, just like ours, with our best ability and best people in the team, we can assure you the best quality of service. Moreover, we aim to help small and big organizations, who couldn’t hire Filipino accountants.

As of this writing, 95% of our partners were referred clients and we will not be in this position if we are not as committed as we promised.
